Each session is a focused, confidential conversation tailored to you. We clarify your goal, work toward an outcome, and leave you with a clear plan.
How many sessions will I need/how long are they?
That depends on your goals and preferences. We can decide together what feels right. Most sessions are 60 minutes unless stated otherwise.

How do I book and can I reschedule?
You can contact me through my ‘contact me‘ page – either by completing the form or by sending me an email. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or those cancelled within 24 hours may not be refunded or rescheduled.
