About Me

Hi, I’m Trace — mum, self-improvement geek, music lover, and gym-goer. I know what it’s like to feel stuck at a crossroads — when your mind keeps spinning but your confidence has gone quiet.
Coaching was my turning point.
It helped me see how much of my self-doubt was just my brain trying to keep me safe — and how to challenge those patterns so I could move forward with clarity, belief, and momentum.
