About Me


Hi, I’m Trace. Mum. Quiet overthinker. Someone who used to look confident on the outside and feel crushed by doubt on the inside.
Before coaching, even small decisions felt huge, and big changes felt impossible.
My mind ran ahead, my chest tightened, and speaking up felt out of reach.
If I was put on the spot in front of others, I’d look for the nearest exit and leave the room rather than face it.
I rewrote messages, overthought every decision, and lost my voice the moment I felt exposed.
Coaching helped me understand my reactions instead of fighting them.
I learned how to steady myself, trust my own judgement, and move even when I felt wobbly.
Now I work with women at the decision-to-action stage, when leaving a role feels right, but acting on it feels risky.
