I work with women who are in the middle of change — where their current way of working no longer fits, and they want to move forward from work that no longer fits in a way you can live with long-term
This is often a moment where the thinking has been done, decisions have been turning over internally, and yet taking the next step feels harder than expected. Not because you’re unsure — but because you’re taking responsibility seriously.
My role is to support you through that exact phase — when the old way no longer works and the new one isn’t fully lived yet.
